God Is In The Details!!

Wow, so much that I want to share with you all and I just don't have the time! haha! What even is time!? It goes by so fast ! I feel like this is just preparing me for adulthood, I am sure time just keeps moving faster and faster as you get older. . .which is crazy to think about. . .because it already goes by so fast!

Anyways! This week was crazy! I love how much I can do, accomplish, and learn all in one week! On Wednesday we had our district activity where we went to a city in the mountains called Sinaia. We hiked one of the more populated trails there and picked up garbage, enough to fill 5 big black garbage bags full! I loved it so much because we were able to do service, help clean up nature, and spend time outside in beautiful green ( freshly rained) forest with clean air! Ahhhhhhh I loved being outside so much! My happy place, I was smiling almost the whole time we were hiking just soaking up as much as I could!

As we finished our hike we realized that we had 5 big bags of trash but not an idea of where we could dump them! On our walk down the road back to the train station we stopped by a military base and asked them and they said that there may be some in the center of town. . .but that was a little out of our way and was not the direction we were headed in. As we continued walking, not even 2 minutes later, we hear a big vehicle behind us, coming down the road, and to our great surprise, IT WAS A GARBAGE TRUCK!!! I could not believe my eyes!! hahaha we waved the truck down and there ended up being a perfect place for them to pull off the side of the road. We were able to throw all our bags of trash in the back of the garbage truck! Honestly, Heavenly Father is so aware of each of us and the tiniest little details of our lives! haha We were all so speechless and just so. . .I don't even know how to explain it, it was just so cool and funny that that garbage truck came down the road when it did!!

We also had some bomb lessons this week and yummy member meals and visits!! This Saturday we got transfer calls and it literally threw me on a roller coaster of emotions!! I am staying in the Social Media Leadership position but am going back to Bucharest! Back to Mihai Bravu, where I was 3 months ago! I am so excited for all the friends and members that I get to go back to but I was not expecting this move at all and am going to miss the sweet branch here in Ploiesti sooo much!! With it being General Conference weekend I didn't get to say goodbye to everyone and that was a little sad!

General Conference on the other hand!! Whoa SOOO GOOOOD!! I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did! So many powerful invitations for us to come closer to Christ and to have our sights more focused and centered on Him in ALL that we do! One of my favorite quotes from General Conference was from Elder D. Todd Christopherson's talk where he said "Trials and suffering are a part of life, even a good life!! It will require a lot of patience on our part!"  I know that we will all have trials and sufferings in our lives, but if we keep our sights set on Christ we can endure them, endure them well, learn from them, and grow to be better versions of ourselves from them!! In President Nelson's talk at the end of the Sunday morning session, he shared that overcoming the world blesses our lives and will give us access to the strength of Christ's redeeming power! This made me think of the story of the woman with the issue of blood and how it says that when she touched Christ's robe he felt 'virtue leave Him' he literally felt power leave from Him. I know that when we draw upon the healing and comforting powers of the Atonement of Jesus Christ we are given literal power from Christ. It is not just some magical gift but it is power that He possesses and He gives to us! It is literally a part of Him! I love that so much!! SOOO MUCHHH :)

I wish I had more time to share more but I do not! haha I love you all and hope you have a great week! Thank you for all those that reach out to me through email or messenger and also thank you to all who pray for me and all the missionaries! I can feel the power from your prayers and am so grateful for each and everyone of them! LOVE YOU!

A highlight of my week was realizing I have
about 58 photo bombed pictures on my phone
from one of the youth in my branch!! Haha
I love her and am going to miss her tons when
I leave! She is working on her English and meets
with us each week to practice! We had dinner right
after our lesson cause Conference was starting
soon so she joined us for dinner and said it was
like we were all family!! That warmed my heart
so much!!💜

Sinaia service day!! So much fun! Again, I
just loved being outside with some of my
favorite people!! Made me so happy!

Elder Hall made cinnamon rolls for conference!!
I was in Heaven and may or may not have eaten
