First Full Week in Ploiest

This was our 5th week in the transfer, which in itself is crazy, but on top of that it was also the first full week we had in our city without having to travel somewhere! Haha crazy!

It was a very productive week full of lessons, member visits, branch activities, meetings and lots of media work!

I will start with the members! Oh my goodness! I love them all so much! Honestly my poor heart, the people here will always have so much of my love! I am glad that I will most likely be in this area for 3 more transfers (which will be till the end of December) because it is always so hard to leave the members that I literally love more and more each day I spend with them! This week on Wednesday we got to go to two members' homes and visit them! One was an older man who can't really leave his bed and his son who has a mild case of special needs, and the other was a family with three children! Two of my favorite groups of people to spend time around! It was so much fun to talk with them and read the scriptures together with them! We also had a branch activity like I mentioned earlier! We only had 5 people come but it was still so much fun! We had pizza, veggies, ice cream, and fun minute to win it games! One game we did was where you put the oreos on your face and try and get it to your mouth! Haha it was fun doing that with everyone! Some participated, others refused and just ate the oreos instead, haha!

We also had some great lessons this week! One was with Adrian! We taught him about the plan of salvation, he loved it and he also accepted to be baptized September 3d! We still have a lot to teach him, but I see so much potential in him! We also had some fun English lessons! It's so fun teaching English because our conversations go back and forth between English and Romanian! It's a lot of fun knowing another language!

My mission has not been easy by far but when I look at the positives there are so many! I have been so blessed and can't believe I only have 7 months left! Thank you for all your prayers and your support! Love you all, sending big hugs your way!

Cristina just sent me these pictures from a few
weeks ago! She is so sweet! Whenever she is in
town she lets us know so we can meet! She likes
to travel around the country and visit the missionaries!

Adrian!! He is so much fun! Keep him in your
prayers! I am excited to watch him grow in the gospel!

  1. Such wonderful blessings for the members there to have great missionaries like you and your companion to share the light of the gospel through your testimonies and example. You’re in my prayers!
